Refunds – Exchanges – Layaways – Special Orders – Storage

Return Policy

NO refunds will be given after seven (7) days.  Any item eligible for a refund MUST be in the original packaging, in new condition with the ORIGINAL receipt. No refunds on Special Ordered merchandise.

There will be a 20% restocking fee of the total sale on all items returned. They type of refund is dependent on the type of payment for the particular item.  ie:  cash payment — cash refund… credit card payment — credit back to card.. etc.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges for lesser priced items will be given in-store credit.  All items to be exchanged must be new, in the original packaging and have the ORIGINAL receipt.

Lay-a-way Policy

All lay-a-ways require a 20% to hold your purchase for a maximum of 8 weeks.  Cancelled lay-a-ways that are over 8 weeks old will forfeit the 20% as a service charge / restocking fee.

Special Orders Policy

Special orders are item(s) that are not normally carried in the store.  These item(s) require increased paperwork and freight charges to obtain.  ALL special orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of the order and the balance upon receipt of goods. Please note that special orders sometimes incur extra shipping charges and ALL fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Repairs / Storage Fees

“Repair work left over 30 days will be assessed a $1 per day storage charge until the cost of storage exceeds the cost of the repair or replacement cost of the bicycle.  When this amount is met, we are legally allowed to sell said “stored” repairs for this cost to meet liquidated damages”.
